'There's a woman goin' crazy on Caroline Street'

KEY WEST -- A classic Jimmy Buffett song proved true Sunday night, when a drunk, homeless woman was reportedly screaming and throwing things on Caroline Street. She also is accused of nearly hitting an officer in the face with a swinging handcuff before being arrested.

The woman was charged with misdemeanor resisting arrest.
