Off-duty officer recognized the 'usual suspect'

The man Key West police nabbed in the island's latest example of a hapless, poorly executed bank robbery didn't even get to finish a beer before an officer had tracked him down at a Truman Avenue barroom.

A few journalism courses might be helpful here. Homrighausen did not just get out of prison for a heroin bust. He got out of jail. He was placed on probation on that charge and never (this time) saw the inside of a prison. If you are going to be a journalist, learn the difference between jail and prison.

A murderer was hanging there a year ago...

Maybe this place meets the definition of a neighborhood nuisance.
