County doles out iPunishments

did they have to reimburse the city for what the city had to pay for them. What was the rate the city paid for them and what did these folks pay for them. And who paid for the monthly bill? And how much in attorney's fees has this cost the city. Does Druckemiller need to pay for the city's attorney fees and investigation
