


Theresa Axford, Monroe County School District's director of technology and learning, has announced that the following educators have been selected to be district level teacher leaders:
Christine Paul
Media specialist
Switlik Elementary
A Monroe County teacher for 15 years, Paul is a graduate of Marathon High. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Florida International University and Master of Science degree in educational leadership and policy studies from Florida State University, as well as National Board Certification in library media.
Daliana Goins
Guidance counselor
Poinciana Elementary
Named Monroe County School District's 2011-2012 Guidance Counselor of the Year, Daliana Goins is in her 16th year here.
Goins graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in elementary education with honors, and earned a Master of Arts degree in school counseling from Argosy University. She began working as a school counselor in 2007 and has experience working in both elementary and middle schools.
Kristin Condella
Math K-8
Horace O'Bryant Middle
Condella teaches seventh-grade mathematics and Algebra 1 as well as Algebra 1 honors. She has a master's degree in educational leadership and policy studies, and has recently begun her journey toward obtaining a Ph.D. in curriculum and instruction.
She is an active member of the HOB AVID Site team and grading committee.
Marjorie Rodriguez
Math 9-12
Key West High
With teaching experience from seventh-grade math through college algebra and dual enrollment trig, Rodriguez is a math teacher and mathematics department program manager at Key West High School.
Rodriguez also serves as an adjunct math instructor at Florida Keys Community College.
She is a graduate of University of Florida with a BAE in elementary education and has a master's degree in educational administration and supervision.
