It's a bouncing baby boy!

Dolphin Research Center welcomed the arrival of a new baby boy dolphin on Monday.

His mother, Santini, gave birth shortly before 2:30 p.m. at the Grassy Key facility. The baby has yet to be named. Usually it takes months to determine the sex of a dolphin baby, but observers were able to see the underside of the baby dolphin and determine its sex, the Dolphin Research Cent...

Artifical insemination ?

So a dolphin can be born into a lifetime of captivity ? What life is that for a dolphin ? So it can produce income for a bunch of hypocrites ? Save the dolphins but exploitation and slavery for profit is fine. These people are the ones who should be confined. I visited the Grassy key dolphin center and was appalled at the filthy pools the dolphins are forced to live in. Disgusting, not even a decent filtration system. I wouldn't hold a lobster in it, when a commercial fisherman has a problem with the way something is kept alive , there is a problem.
