Planning for the unthinkable
School officials, law enforcement have program in place for campus violence

The irony is chilling.

Mere days before last week's school massacre in Sandy Hook, Conn., representatives of the Monroe County School District and the Monroe County Sheriff's Office met and agreed to a plan for school security that is now coming into effect.

And yet, the Fed Court let a guy loose who had told TWO

Federal Agencies that he was about to shoot up a building in Key West and it's occupants. $75,000 bail (which is what? $7,500 in collateral?) and the nutcase is free on the steets.
