WHO is representing US.....with this mess?

Honestly....I have been reading lots of people complaining about the project. I thought....that they were just complaining for the sake of complaining...as many do here. Not so! There is NOBODY.....working on this project! Something has to be done. Where is the City Commission, Virginia Panico and the DOT now? This is unbelievable. We are being inconvenienced, bounced around, and it's costing our businesses thousands. The REAL story is.....this CONTRACTOR......got the job.....and throws a couple of "bodies" down here to keep it "legal"......and we are the losers. SOMETHING needs to be done. WHO CUT THIS DEAL?
