A Key West man facing federal charges for his alleged role in a scheme to file fraudulent Deepwater Horizon oil spill claims will be hospitalized for the next four months in order to determine if he's mentally competent to stand trial, a judge has ordered.

There are many more instances of fraud out here in Key West. I was living here but did not take one penny from them. Even the county is in on this fraud. Entitlement society. It is much easier to put your hand out than to actually want to work for something. It is not the way I was raised. Ticks of society.
