Near head-on wreck a first
No serious injuries in boulevard crash

No serious injuries were reported in a near head-on collision on North Roosevelt Boulevard Monday evening, but local and state officials are using the crash to remind arriving snowbirds and holiday travelers to slow down.

Domino's Pizza employee Nicholas Mena, 19, was driving his Jeep south on the now-one-way North Roosevelt near the Triangle on his way to work at 5:35 p.m....

You won't find me cruising along in the left lane, if you think about it that's asking for it if someone coming out slips up. Use your heads.

More "Right Way" signs needed

I also made the mistake of habit, turning right coming out of McD's into oncoming traffic despite the sign, luckily I had a place to get the vehicle off the road quickly. I suggest attaching nice large red direction arrows on the concrete dividers separating the construction.
