Rockland Key is not in Siberia

The "Urban Planner" Owen Trepanier states that the development on Rockland Key should be allowed double the square footage because (quoting from the Key West Citizen story on Thursday, Dec. 27, 2012) "People have to go all the way to Key West to get a haircut." Really? That's 8 miles. I don't know what to say about this ridiculous remark exc...
