Threatens to attack KW office

A Summerland Key man who allegedly threatened to go on a killing spree at a Key West office building before killing himself has been indicted and will face five years in prison if convicted, according to federal court documents.

might have been better for him if he had just paid his child support in the first place.

Confused? First two lines says it all.

First line: "Federal Court documents" meaning this was a crime against the United States Government, much like if a civilian did a crime at the US Post Office or on a military base, one comes under Federal jurisdiction, not the State of Florida. Second line: "The government could seize" explains why it took two days to arrest this guy instead of calling in the more numerous local cops. If this comes as a shocking surprise, you apparently haven't been paying attention to the out of control monster in Washington DC. Vote Right, it stays small, vote Left and it consumes everything and everyone.

Confusing.

The first sentence of this article is confusing. I had to read it several times to understand that the writer was actually stating that the accused had threatened to do two things. The first was to kill innocent victims and the second thing was to then kill himself (which he never actually did). On another matter, if the lunatic threatened to commit these murders on Dec. 11, why did the federal agents wait until Dec. 12 to interview him?

Obviously, they did not take the threat seriously...

If he threatened on December 10 to kill fiv people and himself on December 11, why did federal agents wait until December 12 to interview him? Were they unwilling to stop a potential killer so they could charge him with a more serious crime?

what??

Why did they bother arresting him after he killed himself?
