Report: Drunk driver flees after hit-and-run

BIG COPPITT KEY -- A vodka-drinking drunken driver arrested Thursday night blew twice the legal blood-alcohol limit nearly three hours after a hit-and-run crash, according to a Monroe County Sheriff's Office press release.
