Deadline for BP claims
Tuesday is the last day for commercial fishermen to file a claim against BP for the Deepwater Horizon oil spill.
Despite no oil reportedly reaching the Florida Keys, a Keys fisherman could file a claim on the basis that his or her business was impacted by the perception that Keys sea life was tainted with oil.
Fishermen who want to file a claim can go the Deepwater Horizon claim's website, www.deepwaterhorizoneconomicsettlement.com.
