Feds: FDOT contractor took bribe

A contractor has been charged by federal officials for reportedly accepting a bribe from a subcontractor who worked on a Marathon highway project.

Ron Capobianco Jr., 40, of Pompano Beach, was charged with committing bribery in connection with programs receiving federal funds, the U.S. Attorney's Office announced Wednesday.
