'Diver Judy' out of intensive care, doing better
Legal moves made, owner of boat still nameless to date

The woman injured by a yacht's propellers last week at Key West Bight is out of intensive care and talking to friends and family. Meanwhile her lawyer continues to make legal moves in an attempt to figure out who owns the multimillion dollar vessel that was put into gear while she worked underneath it.

johnny O osha regulations say LOCK OUT TAG OUT ,if the boat was started it would be a criminal offense.she didnt follow the law.so sad. this is what happens.

you lost your voice in media due to your negativity ; even your sponsers got tired of it. It was easy to ignore you; by simply not reading the blue paper. I liked it better that way. You should be the last to talk about obeying the law. Or don't you recall that palm tree in a yard you drove into? Find the owner, someone has to be accountable. With Google you can find out it's a 2004 78-foot Marlow, brokered by Camper & Nicholson in Miami. They would have contact info for captain/owner.

Glad she continues to

Glad she continues to recover. Looks like the asking price for the yacht is dropping! Now at a flea market price of $2.2m...

Don't forget the city

Don't forget that this accident occurred on city property. As such, the city is also liable for Judy's injuries and losses.
