Armed with a new contract and increased confidence, Ralphie Henriquez is ready to go to baseball spring training in less than three weeks.

His new contract is with the Colorado Rockies' farm system. He improved his confidence during a month of playing ball and working out in Panama. Now, he's getting ready to go to Scottsdale, Ariz., where the Rockies and Arizona Diamondback...
