Cat owners unfairly blamed for damage

The cat police are coming. I knew it when I saw the article in The New York Times the other day, and now again in an editorial reprinted in today's Citizen: "When you let your cat roam outside, you're an accomplice to murder."

Domestic cats do kill small birds and small mammals. The editorial waves frightening number...
