Woman causes scene at popular downtown bar

KEY WEST -- A woman who allegedly threw a drink and caused a ruckus at the Green Parrot Bar tried to run from police early Tuesday morning, but didn't make it very far.

The 29-year-old Key West woman -- wanted on an unrelated probation violation warrant for felony battery -- was additionally charged with misdemeanor resisting arrest.
