Case against board members tossed
But judge finds enough cause to move forward with trial for the whole group

A judge ruled Thursday that Monroe County government cannot sue individual board members of a non-profit animal shelter group it has accused of mismanaging funds, but gave the green light for a trial on the county's second issue.
