FWC looks at 23 imperiled species in plan
Roseate spoonbill numbers dropped from 1,200 to 87

State wildlife officials are asking for the public's input on drafts of conservation plans designed to protect 23 imperiled species, which include several colorful bird species found in the Florida Keys.

also, Rainbow children ;the Latin name is "Dirtus Baggus" migrating in small packs and arriving after "gathering" in north Florida. They only stay for a short time as they find that local conservationists tend to try and protect them by placing them in our County care center.aka M.C.S.D After being cleaned they are released to go north again. Except Hairy; I believe he lives on Christmas tree year round .
