UPPER MATECUMBE KEY - The 2013 International Chili Society state championship was a three-peat victory for contestant Wes Carlson of Rockford, Ill.

"I guess I'm going to keep coming back," Carlson said of the President's Day weekend event sponsored by the Islamorada Moose Lodge.
