City commissioners have three companies to choose from in hiring a new grant writer for Key West, starting with a Jacksonville outfit that staff ranked as the top contender, followed by a local woman's firm and a third one from Tampa.

Can Somebody Be Trained To Do This

Rather than hiring outside consultants to do this can say two existing employees be sent to a seminar to learn these skills and perform this work in-house?
