KEY WEST: About 1,500 Keys Energy Services customers near Horace O'Bryant Middle School lost power for 12 minutes at 11:08 a.m. Wednesday, said spokesman Julio Barroso.

"The outage was the result of an employee-triggered electrical fault that occurred when crews were working near the George Allen Public Housing Development," he said.
