Man with pants down in hurry to get to hotel

KEY WEST -- An apparent sexual romp was cut short Saturday when an officer broke a car window and pulled a half-naked man out of a car, according to an incident report.

The 24-year-old Miami medical student was charged with obstructing justice without violence and lewd and lascivious behavior. Both are misdemeanors.
