Namesake reclaims country bar

The original Cowboy Bill has reclaimed the Duval Street country bar that bears his name.

Cowboy Bill's Honky Tonk Saloon will reopen "sometime around mid-April," said Bill LaRose, who opened the bar in the 600 block of Duval Street in 2006.

It probably would have been enough...

Gilleran just should have said he wasn't interested, rather than give all sorts of reasons why his schedule wouldn't permit it. This version makes him sound like a prima donna.

The Gilleran's passed out applications to employees that just

lost their jobs for no reason of their own. They gave false hope to people who need their jobs and then didn't even call them as promised.

Maybe their intent was good,

Maybe their intent was good, and they wanted to buy the business and open a well run one, and it just didn't work for them. They did a hell more than bill did by hanging out with strippers all the time, acting like JR Ewing, and not paying the rent in the first place.

I noticed that too.
