1-arm arrest trial is Monday
Officer claims he had to defend self

A judge has freed the city of Key West from a federal lawsuit by a one-armed woman who claims a local police officer slammed her into his patrol car during a 2008 arrest at a guesthouse.

But the civil rights case remains lodged against Officer Eric Biskup, and is set for trial Monday at Key West's U.S. District Court, 301 Simonton St., before Judge K. Michael Moore.
