Hindu captain plans tall ship regatta
Sailors ask city for Bight discount

Capt. Josh Rowan, the Key West skipper of the 79-foot Schooner Hindu, spent Tuesday checking the hardware on the newly installed mast that will put his vessel back in business by month's end.
