Cecelia "CeCe" Norris, 74, of Key West, Fla. passed away on Sunday, April 7, 2013, at Mt. Sinai Medical Center in Miami, Fla. She was born March 3, 1939, in Oneida, Tenn., to the late Robert and Mary Ellen (O'Connor) Hazlett.

CeCe grew up in Oak Ridge, Tenn. She lived in Key West since 1976 and was a member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church and a member of the Daughters of the King. CeCe was a very strong scriptural person, who was loved by everyone who met her. She will be remembered driving the Conch Tour Train and later a cab for Five Sixes taxi company. CeCe retired from Comcast Cable.

She was a beloved wife and mother. She was preceded in death by her parents and son Jim Frazier. Surviving is her husband Rickey Norris of Key West, Fla.; son John Frazier of Orlando, Fla; daughter Lisa (Todd Whitaker) Burke of West Springfield, Mass.; brothers Bob (Lou) Hazlett of Orlando, Fla. and Joe (Maria) Hazlett of Miami Beach, Fla. Numerous nieces and nephews also survive.

Memorial services will be held at 3 p.m. Firday, April 12, 2013 at St. Paul's Episcopal Church. In lieu of flowers, any donations will be directed to the Florida Keys SPCA, 5230 College Road, Key West, FL 33040 or an animal charity of the donor's choice. The Dean-Lopez Funeral Home is entrusted with all funeral arrangements.
