Uruguayan Food Hums with European Influence

One of our stop-overs on my South American trip last month was Montevideo, the capital of Uruguay, on the estuary of Rio de la Plata. Of all the cities we saw on the trip, Montevideo is probably the one that stole my heart and I only wish we'd been able to spend more time there.
