Prosecutor: He's 'trumping up a very minor incident' in local jail

The alleged ringleader of three men accused of filing fraudulent Deepwater Horizon oil spill claims, who faces 20 years in prison, wants to be transferred to a Miami jail because he was attacked awaiting sentencing in the Stock Island jail.
