'Jihad' not synonymous with Muslim terrorism

The Arabic word "jihad" spews forth hourly in the U.S. media as a frightening phrase for "Muslim terrorism." Yet take a few minutes and look up "jihad" on the Internet. You will find that in Arabic jihad means "effort" or "struggle."
