Senior housing plan still on city's table
City and developer have until June 28 to hammer out a final lease

The city of Key West is down to the brass tacks stage of hashing out a lease with the developers behind a proposed $32 million, 110-unit senior housing complex on the Truman Waterfront.

Wendover Partners, Inc. has planned another sit-down for Wednesday and the matter is billed as the marquee item on the City Commission's June 18 meeting.
