Zecca case likely pushed back
Feds tight-lipped about murder-for-hire case

The odds that the murder-for-hire trial against a retired Coast Guard Station Islamorada commander will occur this year are fading.

The attorney for retired Chief Warrant Officer Dennis Zecca filed a motion in federal court Friday asking U.S. Magistrate Judge Chris McAliley to move the July 15 trial in Key West to December due to unrelated scheduling conflicts.
