Candidates for Oct. 1 election stump at Hometown PAC event

This fall's ballot question of whether to order a study on the impacts of widening Key West's main ship channel for cruise ships served as the lone debate Monday at a beachside political forum.

Jolly Benson, the spokesman for the anti-study camp in Key West, blasted the idea that the referendum's passage won't necessarily lead to dredging the channel.
