Senior housing lease on the ropes
City divided over project; for green light, someone must switch sides

To save the proposed senior care housing project on the Truman Waterfront from the cutting room floor, at least one of three city commissioners will have to switch sides by Monday night.

That's when a special meeting devoted solely to the subject of a lease between the developers and the city is set, for 6 p.m. Monday at Old City Hall, 510 Greene St.
