User fees for boaters pondered
Money from anglers, dive boat operators, more would fund restoration projects

The Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary Advisory Council unanimously agreed Tuesday to look into charging user fees to boaters, fishermen and dive boat operators, with proceeds going to fund habitat restoration projects.
