Bad idea to show off endangered sea life

KEY WEST -- Wildlife officials cited a teenager for collecting queen conch at Higgs Beach Thursday morning.

The 18-year-old Jupiter man was given a notice to appear in court for possessing conch and not having a fishing license, according to a Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) offense report.
