New rules may close off 100 miles
Some protected fishing areas could see tighter restrictions and closures

A Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary working group will finalize a series of recommendations on Monday that include creating more than a hundred miles of new closed-fishing areas throughout the sanctuary.
