Man caught poaching in neighborhood canal

SUGARLOAF KEY -- A DeLand man accused of spearing undersized lobsters in a neighborhood canal was arrested by state wildlife officers Wednesday, according to a Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission press release.
