Floating body identified
Monroe County Sheriff's Office detectives identified the body found floating Saturday as that of 42-year-old George Abbott Page III.
His boat was found offshore along with belongings and identification, according to a Sheriff's Office press release.
A photo comparison allowed a detective to tentatively identify Page, but the Medical Examiner's Office would not confirm that identity until it obtains a fingerprint comparison -- a process that is ongoing, according to the release.
Page's family was notified of his death.
There were no signs of foul play.
