Training challenges helicopter medics to swim to the top

Those were the words of encouragement spoken Thursday to LifeNet and Trauma Star flight paramedics by Lee County Sheriff's Office Waterborne Strike Team Capt. Derek Creamer, as local crews were strapped into a floating aluminium chair, blindfolded, spun and flipped upside down.
