Skateboarder jailed after Duval St. stop

KEY WEST -- A 20-year-old Key West man spent the night in jail after police said he wouldn't give his real name when stopped for skateboarding on Duval Street.

He was arrested on suspicion of misdemeanor resisting arrest, and ended up with a citation for wearing headphones and skateboarding on the city's most famous street, where it's prohibited by local law.
