Coldwell Banker Schmitt Real Estate Company recently hosted a seminar for its Realtors at Hawk's Cay Resort with real estate motivational speaker Mike Ferry, who presented a three-hour overview of the characteristics that define the most successful real estate agents.

After a career of selling homes and being one of the top agents in his home state, he launched his own company and is now recognized by the National Association of Realtors as one of the most influential people in the profession, according to a press release.
