Accused pot dealer caught near pharmacy

BIG PINE KEY -- Deputies say a bicyclist with about a half pound of marijuana packaged for sale was arrested Tuesday in front of a pharmacy after witnesses reported seeing a transaction, according to the Monroe County Sheriff's Office.

Randolph Hodgkins, 59, of Big Pine Key, was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to sell and possession of drug paraphernalia.
