Parks, bay reopen in shutdown's wake

Backcountry fishing guides returned to Florida Bay Thursday following the end of the 16-day federal government shutdown.

"It's nice to be back here," said Islamorada guide Perry Scuderi. "First stop we probably caught eight to 10 snook and a couple redfish."
