Beverly Ann Valdez

Beverly Ann Valdez was born on December 6, 1922, in Iowa. She passed peacefully on October 6, 2013, at the age of 90 in an assisted living facility under Hospice care in Jacksonville.

While living in Key West, she was an assistant to Judge Paul Esquinaldo for 20 years. After her retirement, she worked at various places before moving to Valrico, Fla., with her companion of 40 years, Edward Pita.

Beverly was a loyal Woman of the Moose member for over 30 years. She served in many capacities of the Lodge. She served as Senior Regent and was proud to earn the achievement of award for Chapter #1414 earning her College of Regents, one of the highest degrees in a Chapter. The Charter of the WOTM will be draped for 30 days in her memory.

Beverly was spunky and always full of life and was known for her impeccable style of dress and her high heels. Those who knew her will not forget her joyful personality, her smiles and unlimited kindness to others.

Beverly is survived by her best friend and love of her life Edward; daughter Judy (Ron) Peace; son Michael Beavers; two grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Memorial services will be announced at a later date.
