Arts nonprofit buys 1950s Masonic center for $2.2M

The Studios of Key West on Thursday bought the three-story Masonic Center at the corner of Eaton and Simonton streets for the asking price of $2.2 million, with plans to relocate from its Armory home after its lease runs out July 31.
