Angry drunk sends city's dinghy adrift

KEY WEST -- A drunk man arguing with boaters at Key West Bight Tuesday cut a city-owned dinghy free from the dock, sending it adrift into the harbor, police said.

The 48-year-old Key West man was taken into protective custody for his own safety by responding officers.
