Fake pilot flew others for years
No FAA license, seaplane not registered for rides

An unlicensed pilot accused of taking customers for rides in an unregistered small aircraft was literally flying under the radar of federal authorities for years before his arrest Tuesday, according to the Monroe County Sheriff's Office.
