Idle hands, in cuffs, inmate's workshop

KEY WEST -- An 18-year-old inmate facing a felony charge of burglary picked up another one for criminal mischief while handcuffed in a courthouse jail cell, police said.

Stephen Rojas, of Cudjoe Key, used his metal handcuff chains to etch his middle name, "Gage," into a cell door, police reported.
